At Walt Disney World’s Orlando theme park resort, you have not one DVC resort property to enjoy but eight. All are convenient to the parks, amenities, dining, and resort attractions, but each offers a unique style and personality. While some of the properties obviously are closer to one part of the Walt Disney World Resort area than are others, you always have free transportation inside the Walt Disney World Resort, whether you travel by monorail, bus, tram, or ferry anywhere within the park.

Bay Lake Tower Villas at Disney’s Contemporary Resort might well be the best resort in all of Walt Disney World to catch the nightly fireworks. With soaring ceilings and a clean, modernistic design, the Villas at Bay Lake Tower offer spacious rooms with contemporary finishes. Located adjacent to, and as a part of the Contemporary Resort (known for years as the Contemporary Hotel), Bay Lake Tower makes it easy to walk the Skyway Bridge, hop a monorail, or be in the Magic Kingdom almost as quickly as Tinkerbelle could make it happen with her magic wand.

At Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas the African styling is more than architecture and décor; it’s incorporated into this Disney Vacation Club resort so thoroughly that it even includes the savannas of Africa—along with their natural inhabitants—all just outside your window, perfect for viewing from your timeshare’s balcony.

Disney’s Beach Club Villas let you enjoy a beach-style vacation even though you are staying at the Orlando Walt Disney World Resort in the heart of Central Florida. In the 1800’s, New York’s Saratoga Springs was “the place” to vacation if you sought a retreat that offered you a luxurious spa with the excitement of horseracing. And here’s another Disney surprise, in addition to the DVC villas at Saratoga Springs, also part of this property is Disney’s Treehouse Villas, where you can choose to vacation in tree house-style accommodations, nestled in a wooded glade.

Or you may decide to stay in the Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, where you will swear you are in a resort lodge in America’s great Northwest. Whether you are checking out the Fire Rock Geyser (reminiscent of Yellowstone National Park’s Old Faithful), the resort’s 83-foot tall fireplace, or admiring the property’s soaring 7-story lobby, you will feel as if you have been magically transported far from the Florida theme park activities that surround you.
